Single men (with $$$) availability.

What a genius person who come up with this idea is that! Yes, this is what all single women need. Don't worry, gentlemen. There is also a single women availablity chart as well! Now, all you have to do is "click" and "go"(and hopefully "get").

New art has risen.

How ironic but such a cool idea is that? A painting of the description of the painting! And don't forget, there is a real description of the painting next to it as well!

No, I am not happy to be here.

I just wanna leave this fucking country as soon as possible.
I hate everything around me.
Everything is bloody fake.
Everyone is bloody liar.
I was such an idiot.
I don't trust anything, anyone any more.
I had enough.
I cannot take this any more.
Fuck off, America.

Run Lola Run

I have heard about this movie ages ago, but until now, I didn't have a chance to see it. And finally I found the movie accidentally from the list of "free movie on demand" of comcast. Thanks for my housemate who upgraded our TV to degital one.

The story is very simple; a girl, whose name is Lola, tries to save her stupid boyfriend's life by getting 100,000 marks (yes, it was before euro had invented. And no, I have no idea how much it worth.) in 20 minutes. So, does it a short film then? No. Here is the trick to make a 80 minutes movie with 20 minutes story - just show the story several times! This is the film to show how life could be changed if something had or had not done. Each story has the same beginning, but different ending due to how Lola and other people reacted to small incedents happened to them. Sometimes those incidents are too miraculous (or absolutely impossible in reality) , but it is nevertheless a very interesting film. And the piquant techno music definitely helped to complete this film.

Hi, Harry.

"ORGANIZING CHAOS - Say hello to Harry. Harry’s fun, unconventional yet functional design will creatively hold and organize your everyday, conventional stuff. His 100’s of flexible and sturdy wire “hooks” will allow you to form them to fit your needs, providing the foundation to creatively organize and hold your stuff. Just mount Harry or Harry Jr. securely to the wall or other flat surface using the provided suction cups or screws."

How cool idea it is. Looks grotesquely unique but fantastically creative! And believe it or not, the name "harry" ("hari") means "needle" in Japanese. I don't know if the designer actually named after it or not, but anyway it is so cute!

3 LUCK a man can get..?

Someone told me that there are 3 luck a man desires;

1. a British passport
...understandable.

2. US dollars
...also understandable.

3. a Japanese wife
.......??? What a hell...?

I know that many or most people in this world think Japanese people are so calm, peaceful, and obedient. And I think that is true if compared with other overly aggressive Americans or Europeans, but... what a nasty stereotype it is! I was so upset when I heard this even though the person who told me wasn't expecting me to take it seriously.

I am one individual person. Even though I am Japanese, it is just a part of myself, not who I am. What does it mean by saying "Japanese wife"? People think all the Japanese are the same? Nice and obedient? Don't have their own voice to claim what they believe? Weird? Crazy? blah blah blah...What else would you say, huh?

Can't we have personality? Doesn't it matter who I am? Is that the only thing people care the fact "I am Japanese"?
This is the moment I hate being a Japanese.

BABEL

I have heard good about this movie from several people, and I personally like movies which had been shot in foreign country. (the US doesn't count as FOREIGN in my dictionary) What's more, there is a Japanese actor who is one of my favourite and knows how to act (appearance doesn't matter!) Therefore, there was no reason to hesitate to go to cinema for this movie.

It was such a sad movie, I have to say. No one was wrong. Everything was completely different pieces, but just because they are unfortunated, everything linked together and made everything worse. How ironic a life is. There is no such a thing like equality in life. It could get worse and worse. Very realistic, but fascinating.

People, don't worry, or maybe I should say, don't get too excited. Japanese girls usually wear pants underneath short skirts!
