luxury for college kids?

I wish I could have lived a dorm like this! This is no longer a dormitory where all the mess gathers and you learn how to survive with all the mess in your life, but a dream apartment room where you simply enjoy your life. It is cool while they are in college, but what would happen when they graduate and face to the reality that they cannot always get everything they want and have to compromise in order to make a living..?
